Trainees

Adult trainees can be provided at a lower initial cost on a trial basis

Many well motivated employees may need further education or training to be fully productive, or to meet UK regulatory standards. Such people may have limited language skills or limited knowledge of UK specific systems and procedures.

Examples

Adult employees without a proven track record in a "western style" English speaking environment.

People in this category could be highly qualified or have considerable potential, however these people are offered for a reduced initial fee.

The lower initial fee reflects the potential costs of further training or education in order for them to become fully productive.

This type of arrangement allows for what is effectively a "trial period" with the option of permanency.
